Terry’s Tips: Pre-scoop ice cream for easy post-clean-up!

Hosting a party – or to be more specific – a kid party? You and I both know how messy those situations can get, which is why I love this tip from Real Simple: pre-scoop the ice cream!

All you have to do is fill muffin tins with cupcake liners and scoop out the ice cream into each. Then, pop the whole thing back in the freezer. If you’re cutting cake, take the ice cream back out and just plop the ice cream ball on top. It’s that simple and saves you from messy scooping!

Springtime means parties of all sorts, so I’d love to hear your kids’ parties ideas. What other time savers have you learned over the years?
