Pressed washed home steps, before and after

Selling your home, but don’t know where to start on the quick-fix projects to instantly add curb appeal? Aside from trimming, edging and mowing the yard, here’s a weekend project for you: pressure wash your driveway.

A clean, spit-spot driveaway is a status symbol in any neighborhood: it is aesthetically pleasing, crisp and invites visitors to drive up and come on in. If your driveway, sidewalk, or any front steps have been buried under muck, leaves, snow, oil stains or anything throughout the fall and winter, clean it up and get it gone. It’s an affordable and easy fix to get your home in better selling shape.

What’s more, many home improvement stores offer pressure wash rental equipment. Or, with a little bit of Googling and internet research, you should be able to find someone to do it for you for a good price. It’s always good to ask the neighbors who they might use!

What other weekend projects are quick and low cost to instantly add appeal to your home?

Hope you have a great weekend, readers!
