Terry’s Tips: Pricing Your Home

When you’re thinking about putting your home on the market, pricing your home is of course one of the most important factors to consider for attracting potential buyers. Therefore, make sure you’re making educated pricing choices.

Go and visit surrounding inventory to help better understand the market in your community. Know what your competition is doing and be better priced—show VALUE. And I don’t mean “least expensive” versus what costs more; you want to make sure you’re showing buyers why your home is worth its price. After all, you’re pricing your home to sell.
